Kebaya4D Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms Clear and Transparent for Malaysian Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Kebaya4D ("we", "our platform") and every user who registers for or uses the platform's services ("you", "member"). By accessing or using any part of the Kebaya4D website or its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

These terms apply to all activities on the Kebaya4D platform — including but not limited to account registration, deposits, Sports Betting, casino games, bonus acceptance, withdrawal of winnings, and use of any platform feature or function. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Kebaya4D at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different identities, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices — constitute a serious breach of these terms. Kebaya4D reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances and winnings held in those accounts.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. Kebaya4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the Kebaya4D support team immediately.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful at all times
• You must notify Kebaya4D promptly of any changes to your personal information
• An account is for the personal use of the account holder only and may not be transferred or shared
• You may not register or use an account on behalf of another person
• Using another person's account without their authorisation is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities

Kebaya4D Platform open to individuals aged 18 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. By registering an account with Kebaya4D, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.

Kebaya4D employs a multi-layered age verification process during registration and may request additional documents — such as a copy of your IC or passport — at any time to verify your age. If there is reason to believe that a member is under 18 years of age, Kebaya4D reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit all balances and winnings without compensation.

Parents or guardians who discover that a minor has accessed this platform are requested to contact the Kebaya4D support team at support@kebaya4d.best immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

All financial transactions on Kebaya4D — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Kebaya4D only accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–3 minutes after a successful transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals can be requested at any time via the "Withdrawal" page in your account. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction. Kebaya4D processes withdrawals within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. Kebaya4D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to the Welcome Bonus, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions tied to major sporting tournaments. Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page, and those terms form part of these overall Terms & Conditions.

A rollover requirement (also known as a wagering requirement) is the minimum total amount you must wager before any winnings derived from bonus credits can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must place bets totalling RM 500 before your bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members who meet the qualification criteria of each respective promotion
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, per device and per IP address
• Kebaya4D reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus awarded if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Bets placed using bonus credits may not count in full towards rollover calculations depending on the game type
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective offer — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited

Kebaya4D reserves the right to void or reject any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error (also known as a "palpable error").

• The minimum bet is RM 1 per bet for most markets
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, tournament, and market type — these are displayed within the platform at the time of placing a bet
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances as determined by Kebaya4D
• If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, affected bets will be voided and funds returned
• Official results announced by the match organising body are final for the purposes of bet settlement
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win — a single losing selection voids the entire parlay
• Kebaya4D reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any player at any time without providing a reason

Live casino games at Kebaya4D — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo — are operated by licensed third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by real physical instruments (cards, dice, roulette wheels) handled by live dealers under multi-angle camera supervision. For games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG), the system in use has been independently verified by a recognised certification body.

Virtual Sports are computer-simulated sporting events generated randomly by a certified algorithm. Virtual Sports outcomes are independent of any real-world matches and are not influenced by the performance of actual athletes or teams. Betting on Virtual Sports is subject to the same rules as regular Sports Betting unless otherwise stated.

• Kebaya4D shall not be held liable for any internet connection disruptions that occur during an active gaming session
• If a live casino session is disconnected due to a technical issue before the game concludes, the outcome will be determined based on Kebaya4D's system records

• Money Laundering: Using the Kebaya4D platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or insiders to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play, place bets, or withdraw funds
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using false information to claim bonuses more than once
• Harassment and Inappropriate Behavior: Harassing other players or Kebaya4D staff through any of our communication channels
• Age Restriction Violation: Registering for or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age

Kebaya4D actively monitors all activity on the platform using advanced fraud detection systems. Any account suspected of involvement in the above activities may be suspended immediately while an investigation is carried out.

Kebaya4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice under certain circumstances, including where there is reason to believe the account has violated any part of these Terms, or where required by law or the instruction of a relevant authority.

In cases where an account is suspended for security or investigation purposes, Kebaya4D will notify the member via their registered email wherever possible. Funds held in accounts suspended for reasons other than fraud or terms violations will be returned to the account owner once the investigation is complete, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Kebaya4D support team. Following a member-initiated account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe once all conditions have been met.

The Kebaya4D platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted availability. While we strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we cannot guarantee freedom from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control.

Kebaya4D shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet connection failure or technical disruption on the user's end
• Odds update delays caused by unforeseen technical issues
• Losses incurred through legitimate and fair gameplay or betting
• Actions by a third party who accesses the account using credentials obtained without authorisation from the account owner
• Events beyond Kebaya4D's control (force majeure), including natural disasters, national internet infrastructure outages and similar circumstances

Kebaya4D's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

• All self-management limits that have been set take effect immediately and cannot be reduced within 24 hours of being applied

• Kebaya4D will not send any promotional or marketing communications to members who have opted for self-exclusion
